Ikea has announced that its first British housing development will be located in Stratford, next to the Olympic Park, the London Evening Standard reports.
The Strand East development, built by the investment arm of the brand Inter Ikea, will comprise 1200 homes, with 40% of the properties planned to be three-bedroom homes. Read the full story here.
