Achieving the highest Green Star score ever awarded by the Green Building Council of Australia, the four-storey building aims to generate more energy that it consumes through the use of; wind turbines, photovoltaic roof panels, advanced technology that will automatically open windows on cool nights to enable natural ventilation and a living-roof that will reintroduce Victorian plants.
