Sprinkles Cupcakes, the US brand widely credited for sparking the long-running cupcake craze, has installed a cupcake vending machine at its Beverly Hills branch.
The venture, called 24 Hour Sprinkles, is a candy-coloured storefront housing a pastel pink vending machine, and is sandwiched between the brand's cupcake and icecream outlets. Products available automatically, and round the clock, include "freshly baked cupcakes, cupcake mixes and even cupcakes for Fido", according to a spokesperson for the brand.
