Noma Bar for Wallpaper*

London-based graphic designer Noma Bar has designed eight different covers for the Global Design edition of Wallpaper* magazine, which use an imaginative mix of graphics and product to represent each of the eight areas the brand has focused on.

Japan's cover integrates an ink box by Babaghuri into the stylised face of a geisha, while France's uses classic Jean Nouvel chairs as eyes. Wallpaper* editor Tony Chambers said of the project, "Bar entered a new dimension just for us. His cover designs are, in fact, room sets, painted in a three-dimensional studio space and integrating actual products from each of the territories."

The issue is out now, and the eight covers are also available to buy as individual prints. More information here.
