Vases by Fetiche Design |
Brazilian designers Carolina Armellini and Paulo Biacchi of Fetiche Design used vases that were broken during the production process of a ceramics company to make this series of "hacked" vases. The broken parts are glued together with epoxy, enhancing the unusual aesthetic and reminding the consumer of the origin of the piece.
Souvenir vase by Wonderable |
Created by Carla Peters, founder and designer of Dutch company Wonderable, these Souvenir vases are made using unsold souvenirs which were meant to be exported from Thailand to Holland. The once mass-produced trinkets get a second chance as embellishments of handmade pieces.
