Tactus Technology has developed a haptic touchscreen which can create physical buttons from a flat surface, using its Tactile Layer™ technology.
The product is the latest in a series of haptic developments for touchscreens - but is significant because it produces real buttons rather than simulating texture using other methods such as vibrations.
