Tatsuya Akita has designed a range of desktop accessories for British brand
Plant & Moss which use concrete, brass, and oak detailing to create a tactile material contrast.

The range includes a tape dispenser, desk lamp and pen holder. Akita says of the project: “The intention was to exploit material characteristics: concrete has weight, durability and a raw feel, the spun metal and turned wood relate to the function of the objects and result in a pure form."
