Garden and culture enthusiasts can now see behind the gates of some of Tuscany’s most beautiful private villas and gardens, guided by garden expert Armand de Foucault - as part of a new programme created by Italian hotelier Villa La Massa.
The intinerary spans seven days, and takes visitors across Florence, Lucca, Pistoia, Siena, Pienza and Montepulciano, stopping at villas and gardens to hear directly from the owners and caretakers about the history and growth of each destination.
