HBL Retail: the Selvedge Spring Fair

British textile magazine Selvedge are hosting a fair in London this weekend to celebrate the arrival of spring. Thirty hand-picked designers and makers will be exhibiting their wares at the show, selling directly to the public just in time to provide gift ideas for Easter and Mothers Day.

Highlights include Scottish designers Papa Stour's gifts and accessories, Milla and Arti's fabrics and trimmings, Les Soeurs Anglaises in residence to offer knitting, embroidery and stitching expertise, and crafted homewares by Jam Tart. The entire space will be framed by the floral patterns of designer Amy Butler, who is sponsoring the event.

High Tea of Highgate will be providing refreshments throughout, and weaver Hilary Burns will be holding an Easter basket-making workshop. The Selvedge Spring Fair will be at St Augustine's Church Hall, Langdon Park Road, London N6 5QG, Saturday 2nd April, 10am-5pm.
