Our second photo file over the winter break is from Kathmandu, Nepal. Many of Kathmandu's temples are an intriguing mix of Hindu and Buddhist traditions, and provide rich inspiration for pattern, texture and form.
Every shade of gold is to be found along with reddish brownish natural hues. These scenes of devotion inspire an inner spiritual tranquility.
