Although the term ombré usually refers to a change of tone within the same colour palette,we are starting to see it played with in a wider spectrum to create an eye-catching, 3D effect.

Shelly Leer, from
ModHomeEc, told WGSN-homebuildlife: “We'll be seeing more ombré in fashion next spring and summer and then, of course, the home furnishings industry will follow, maybe in the spring, but I'm guessing we'll see all sorts of cleverly done ombré fade in home furnishings next fall."
