HBL Tradeshows: Live from Formland

Normann Copenhagen at Formland 2012

Ceramics and glass are the focus at Formland, Denmark this year - with both receiving an update for spring 2012. WGSN-homebuildlife reports live from the show.

Rustic ceramics: Structured and decorated ceramic take on a more rustic look. Lace prints, flower patterns and geometric motifs signal a new development away from more clean minimalistic porcelain.

Urban Nature at Formland 2012

Plant Laboratory: Plants are kept inside in glass bottles and laboratory glasses for cleaner air and a healing effect. A wide range of upside-down plant pots are also presented at the show - suited for inside the home or outside.

Coloured glass: We note a trend for oversized bottles and wineglasses, in colours ranging from mustard yellow and orange to purple and green tones. Mix and match different tones for decorations or table settings.
